LATITUDE MACHINERY CORP.  is setup in Mar. 2002.  The capital amount is NT$55845000.  Factory land size is 10,000 square meter and space of work shop is 6,000 square meters.  There are 100 employees and among 70s, 40 of us are with well experiences in the corrugated and flexo converting equipments industry.  The complete management team covers all engineering department, manufacturing department, assembly, quality control, installation start up and after service team.  The average experiences for those engineers are more than 15 years for the corrugator machinery and flexo machinery.

Corrugator line, machine working size from 1600mm to 2500mm and speed at 200 M/min. or 250M/min depends on customers’ request.
Flexo printer slotter, flexo die cutter, flexo folder gluer, sizes are available from mini to jumbo.

QUALITY FIRST
To setup and build the confidence to customers, we are not only focus on maintaining the same quality level as usual but improve the better quality based on the past experiences. 

Send quality control supervisor to train the vendors for upgrading the machining tolerance and quality control and make sure meet the engineering specification from the first beginning.  Use all the well known brand of electrical components, such as T.E./France or Control Techniques Inverters/drives or equivalent brands, T.E. France or Panasonic of contactors, Mitsubishi PLC, Omron Relays and all the safety and electrical controls are made in conformity with UL, CE or CSA.

TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENT
Base on the same experienced engineering team, we continue the technical improvement as well as new engineering idea development.  The current new engineering idea applied for flexo machine is the Extend-Slot on flexo machine to allow the extended slot depth.

More new upgrading engineering design is under development on both corrugator and flexo machinery.  We will take the honor to share with our customers once they are ready for commercial publication.

SERVICE PRIORITY
The service team contains at least 10 of well experienced engineers(6 of mechanical and 4 of electrical engineers) are available for both corrugator and flexo service requests.

We have been invited and signed the service agreement for the machine tuning, trouble shooting and crew training for Smurfit/Leefung Asco in China due to their machine was unable to receive a successfully commissioning from original supplier.  There are more customers have came to us for the technical services supports.  We feel honor and are obliged to provide the support to those customers like usual we did.  For sure, we shall do our very best and efforts to continuing our service supports to customers.

PART SUPPLY ABILITY

We maintain the ability to provide the substitution and compatible parts to our existing customers as well as the after service and technical support ability. 

We feel honor and pleasure that Ting Hsin International Group in China (the biggest supplier fast noodle in China) has favored us six complete sets of 2200mm Double Wall Corrugator Line since May., 2002 till now.

We also would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation for those  customers from Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Turkey, Israel, UAE, Ghana, China, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Korea had favored us their valuable orders and their great and strong supports to LMC

Total 6 complete corrugator lines and more than 35 flexo machines have been installed since July. 2002 including three jumbo 2200mm x 5200mm three color flexo printer slotter with die cutter, 2200mm x 4200mm two color flexo printer slotter with sheet stacker and 2200mm x 5500mm three color flexo printer slotter with die cutter and sheet stacker.

We also continue supplying spare parts to our worldwide customers, such as Jet Corr., Pratt Industries USA, Tennessee Corrugated (Visy), Capital Container/USA, Berry Packaging/USA, customers in Middle East, Asia and etc
