Clamp arms with electric push-button and magnetic switch to operate
right-left-front-back directions.
Able to clamp with two paper rolls and individually motorized operation.
Use of hydraulic cylinders with hydraulic pump units for controlling the
clamp arms to lift up or lower down.
Standard supply is including pneumatic brakes,cast iron chuck and manual
paper track rails.
Options:Expansion chucks, magnetic brakes, motorized track rails, hydraulic
paper roll pusher.

Precision electronic tension control on tension roll to obtain stable splicing.
Tail grabbing device lets splcing start when paper comes off the paper core
Zero tail. Width of splice area (40/50mm) is same as splicing tapes.

Min. splicing order size:150Meter at 120M/min.speed.
Splicing unit is moving laterally and complete thesplicing at paper splicing side.
Splicing area is maintained at the min. range2" to 3".
To splice the paper tail automatically when the paper roll is run out.
Use durable serrated blade for clean cut and last long running life.
